Julia J. Lee is an associate in Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP’s Tax Certiorari practice group. She focuses her practice on real property tax assessment litigation throughout the State of New York for national, regional and local property owners and tenants.
Prior to joining the firm, Julia was a Deputy County Attorney and the Deputy Bureau Chief of the Property Assessment Litigation Bureau of the Nassau County Attorney’s Office. This Bureau manages the highest volume of real estate tax proceedings in New York State.
Her previous legal experience includes internships with the Honorable James P. McCormack of the Nassau County Supreme Court, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, and the United Nations.
