Kennetha Pettus serves as Director of the Nassau County Office of Housing and Community Development. She oversees the management and administration of Nassau County’s Housing Choice Voucher Program. This program assists over 2,500 Nassau County families to obtain safe and affordable housing, through tenant-based and project-based vouchers. The agency also maintains the Family Self-Sufficiency and Section 8 Homeownership programs to assist families to build wealth and work towards their goals, including purchasing a home.
