May 10: Governmental Breakfast with Our New State Senators!

Join us as we welcome our two new state senators!

State Senator Anna Kaplan represents District 7, encompassing the area between
Hicksville and Floral Park. She first ran for State Senate in 2018, calling for the passage
of the Reproductive Health Act, sensible gun safety legislation, and increased economic
development in Nassau. She is the first political refugee and the first Iranian-American
elected to the New York State Senate.
State Senator Monica Martinez represents District 3, stretching from Brentwood to
Mastic Beach. She is chair of the Domestic Animal Welfare Committee and is the
Assistant Majority Leader on Intergovernmental Affairs. She remains committed to her
work in assisting constituents and implementing beneficial policies for all New York
State residents.

AND, both are our guests for WEDLI's 2019 Judith McEvoy Governmental Breakfast! Please join us for a chance to speak to these trailblazing women.
